Prince William found himself in hot water as he was caught doing a somewhat unsavoury stunt, upsetting Kate Middleton in the process. William and Kate persevered through many tough times, including the “brutal” last year after the Princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer. However, there was a moment between the couple, when things got a little tough. The now-Prince and Princess of Wales studied together at University of St Andrews in Scotland. It was where they fell in love and continued their relationship into marriage in 2011. A local shop at the time had banned William as he did not return a particularly raunchy 2002 movie, he had rented out several times. “We used to serve Prince William quite regularly in the video shop in St Andrews before everything went digital,” a former video shop assistant named Zoe revealed to . “His DVDs were always late and his bodyguards would never want to pay the fines.” She added after the bodyguards wouldn’t obliged they were compelled to ban William until he paid the due, which “he always did in the end”. Zoe remarked that William himself is “very nice”. The said DVD was of the movie Boat Trip, which stars Swedish actress Victoria Silvstedt in a rather NSFW role which William had “rented that a couple of times at least.” It is unclear if Kate was aware if William watched the movie as they both lived together in 2001. However, Kate would have been upset if William had been secretly watching the comedy movie without her.
