It seems the majority of plots would be procured by the overseas Pakistanis,” said an official of the CDA. Over 500 expats apply for 238 plots of one kanal He said all applicants were serious, as locals paid around Rs13,000 in the processing fee while overseas Pakistanis paid $50 in fees. The officer said that after concluding this auction, the CDA will also go for the auction of residential plots in another sector, likely I-12 and C-15. Meanwhile, a press release said CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa chaired a review meeting on Monday regarding the balloting of residential plots in Sector C-14.
