Harry and Meghan met and spent time with affected people, showing their concern for their "friends and neighbours." Alongside that, the pair extended financial support through the Archewell Foundation and aims to keep supporting the cause.  In conversation with , Victor called the former working royals "great people," who have "great personalities and great hearts" as they "come out here and meet with the first responders, meet with the people who were affected." Notably, these comments came amid a resurfaced report that disclosed the cancer-stricken King Charles was urged by royal family members and courtiers not to include financial benefits for Harry in his will.  Earlier, magazine reported, "A lot of people in royal circles feel Harry does not deserve a dime, and they're leaning on Charles to cut him off."
