Lebanon’s foreign minister has called this week’s deadly device attacks in his country “an unprecedented method of warfare”, reports. Speaking at the United Nations Security Council, Abdallah Bou Habib called the explosions “an unprecedented method of warfare in its brutality and terror”. “Israel, through this terrorist aggression has violated the basic principles of international humanitarian law,” he said, calling Israel a “rogue state”.
