The MDCAT is a crucial assessment for aspiring medical and dental students in Sindh, determining their eligibility for admission into professional colleges. The routine leak of the question paper every year creates an uneven playing field, favouring those who access the leaked material over honest candidates who prepare diligently. The government should take immediate action against those responsible for such a violation. It is imperative to identify and dismantle the networks behind this leak as the mafias apparently continue to exploit vulnerabilities in the system for personal gains. In addition to swift punitive measures, there should be a comprehensive review of the security protocols surrounding the examination processes. The credibility of the education system relies on transpa-rency and fairness, and we must ensure that every student has an equal oppor-tunity to succeed. The future of our healthcare system depends on the integrity of the admission process. We must act decisively to restore public trust, and uphold the standards of educational institutions.
