SAHIWAL: Arifwala Saddar Police booked 23 suspects, including 10 unidentified persons, for shaving head and moustache of a youth, blackening his face with ink and parading him on a donkey through the streets at Chak 52/EB on suspicion of his relationship with a girl. They posted videos of humiliation of the victim, Shakoor, on social media. Saddar police arrested two main suspects, Asghar and Raheem, who said Shakoor had a relationship with a village girl.
