Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz has remarked on the negotiations with Hamas without providing details during a Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee hearing, reports citing Israeli media. “We are the closest we have been to a hostage deal since the previous one,” he was quoted by the newspaper as saying.
