Russia says it favours any deal to end fighting in Lebanon

In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry has said it looks positively on any agreement that would put an end to the violence in Lebanon, reports. It added that Moscow hopes for a solution that will ensure equal security for all involved parties.
