The Biden administration is pushing ahead with a $680 million arms sale package to Israel, a US official familiar with the plan is quoted as saying by , reports. The package, which was first reported by , includes hundreds of small-diameter bombs and thousands of kits that convert “dumb” bombs into precision-guided weapons, according to the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. In a televised address on the ceasefire with Hezbollah, Netanyahu said one of the reasons for the deal was to “replenish stocks” of Israel’s weapons. “I say it openly: It is no secret that there have been big delays in weapons and munitions deliveries.
