Sarah Davies, a spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said “there is little, if any, ability” for medical staff in Gaza to carry out healthcare services as the healthcare situation in Gaza has continuously deteriorated over the past 15 months. “We have been increasingly concerned about the impact this will have for civilians to be able to receive the proper medical care and treatment they have a right to under international humanitarian law,” she told from occupied East Jerusalem.
