Gaza health ministry says death toll at 43,736 since conflict began

The health ministry in Gaza has said that at least 43,736 people have been killed in more than 13 months of the Gaza conflict, reports. The toll includes 24 deaths in the previous 24 hours, according to the ministry, which said 103,370 people have also been wounded in the Gaza Strip since the conflict began on October 7, 2023.
