Addressing these discrepancies through dialogue and policy adjustments can help resolve the issues faced by urban residents without abandoning the principles of the quota system. Besides, the focus should be solely on refining the system to better meet its objectives, and ensuring that it serves all communities fairly. It is through thoughtful and inclusive dialogues that we can achieve a more equitable solution that benefits everyone both in the province and in the country.
