ISLAMABAD: The capital police conducted a search and combing operation in the jurisdiction of Secretariat police station on Sunday. According to a statement, 53 suspicious individuals, 15 houses and six hotels were checked. Five suspicious individuals and seven unregistered vehicles were taken to the police station for legal proceedings. DIG Syed Ali Raza said search and combing operations were conducted to heighten security in the capital. All zonal officers were directed to continue operations in their respective areas.
