GILGIT: The Prime Minister, Mr Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, announced here this evening [Sept 24] the merger of Hunza state with the Northern Areas. … Mr Bhutto said Pakistan belonged to peasants and workers and not to Jagirdars, Sardars and Mirs.
