LAHORE: Punjab is experiencing severe disruptions due to dense fog, which significantly impacted road and rail transport on Wednesday. On Wednesday night, the M-3 Motorway was partially closed from Faizpur to Jaranwala due to dense fog in multiple stretches. Later, the closure was extended from Faizpur to Darkhana at 10pm, affecting all types of vehicular traffic. Diversions were placed at various points to manage traffic flow and ensure safety. The M-4 Motorway, from Pindi Bhattian to Abdul Hakeem, was closed at 10:30pm due to poor visibility. The fog has also affected train services in the region.
