NAROWAL: A private schoolteacher, who was on pre-arrest bail in the on his 6th class student, was tortured by the family of the victim at the gate of Shakargarh courts on Saturday. A first information report (FIR) of sexual assault on the 12-year-old boy by the teacher, a resident village Nathukot, was registered with Shakargarh City Police Station on Sept 8. The suspect had obtained the pre-arrest bail from the local court. On Saturday, he reached the Shakargarh court for the case hearing when the relatives of the victim student attacked his car. More than a dozen people broke the windows of the car with sticks and forced the teacher out. They tortured him with punches, sticks and tore his clothes.
