Health ministry in Gaza says conflict death toll at 43,508

The Gaza health ministry has said that at least 43,508 people have been killed in more than 13 months of fighting between Israel and Hamas, reports. The toll includes 39 deaths in the previous 24 hours, according to the ministry, which said 102,684 people have been wounded in the Gaza Strip since fighting broke out on October 7, 2023.
