PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has won the Gold Award at the Pasha ICT Awards 2024 for its public service delivery portal – Dastak – under the category of digital government, government and citizen services. A statement issued here said that competing against 1,200 entries from across Pakistan, KPITB’s victory placed the KP province at the forefront of the country’s digital revolution. The Dastak portal is rapidly automating public service delivery for the KP government, providing citizens with easy access to a wide range of services. Integrated with KPITB’s Paymir payment gateway, Dastak enables users to make secure digital payments for various public services, contributing to the province’s push toward e-governance and improved citizen engagement. KPITB’s success at the Pasha ICT Awards underscores its commitment to digital innovation and highlights Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s leadership in the transformation of public services through technology.
