ISLAMABAD: Shafqat Ali Khan, a career diplomat and former ambassador to Russia, was appointed as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' new spokesperson on Thursday. The new spokesperson has replaced Mumtaz Zahra Baloch who has been posted as the country's ambassador to France.
