Winning start for Pakistan

LAHORE: Despite reaching Dubai on Wednesday due to late issuance of the NOC from the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), the national team made a flying start to their campaign in the inaugural edition of Baseball United’s Arab Baseball Classic in Dubai. In a one-sided affair, Pakistan outclassed Bangladesh 10-0. Besides Pakistan, teams from India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Nepal, Palestine and Saudi Arabia are participating in the event.
