LARKANA: In a clash said to be tribal running between the Jeha and Dahani clans, two persons were gunned down on Sunday in the village pf Murad Dahani, some 25 kilometers off here in the jurisdiction of Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto police station. Those killed in the attack were identified as Jhando and Muhammed Panah Dahani. Police shifted the bodies to Naudero hospital and handed them over to the heirs after completing the medico-legal formalities. In an attempt to prevent further bloodshed, Larkana SSP Dr Mir Rohal Khan Khoso has dispatched a heavy police posse to the tensed area and established a picket there. Talking to journalist in the hospital, Ms Sassui, Ms Bashul and Abdul Jabbir, family members of the dead, said they had nothing to do with the feud. They demanded arrest of the killers. Naudero DSP Nisar Brohi said the outlaws with the murders of the two men, who were not part of the dispute, tried to give it a colour of a tribal clash. The Jeha-Dahani dispute had started over the issue of ‘honour killing’.
