HYDERABAD: Jamiat Ulema-i-Pakistan-Noorani chief Sahibzada Abul Khair Mohammad Zubair has demanded formation of a judicial commission to probe Dr Shahnawaz’s murder in Umerkot and urged Chief Justice of Pakistan to immediately release detailed judgement in Mubarak Sani case. He was addressing ‘Tahffuz Khatm e Nabuwwat‘ conference at Tower Market chowk organised by JUP-N’s Hyderabad district chapter the other day. He said that he feared Dr Shahnawaz’s incident was orchestrated to delay Mubarak Sani case and said Dr Shahnawaz’s murder was planned by a particular lobby in the country to create chaos and delay the judgement in the Sani case. He said that a judicial commission should be formed to probe the Umerkot incident. Khatm-e-nabuwwat was foundation of every Muslim’s faith. “Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa had promised with ulama that he will issue detailed judgement in Mubarak Sani case soon but this has not been done yet,” he said. He praised late Z.A. Bhutto for declaring Qadiyanis as non-Muslims in 1974 and said that CJP had announced a short order in the Sani case under ulama’s pressure but now he had withheld the detailed judgement probably under foreign powers’ influence. He said that CJP should end unrest among people by issuing the detailed verdict. The way ulama were being booked in false cases after the Umerkot incident it appeared a conspiracy to provoke people, he said. He said that if Section 295-C were implemented no would take law into his own hands. He made it clear that blasphemy law could not be changed.
