Francesca Albanese has called on the Palestinian Authority to rescind its decision to ban ’s broadcasts in the occupied West Bank, saying “journalism is not a crime”. “When Israel banned AJ months ago, I urged the concerned authorities to reverse that decision. I ask the same to the PA now,” the UN’s special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territory said on X.
