Pakistan posted a competitive target of 308 runs against South Africa in a rain-affected game reduced to 47 overs. Batting first, Pakistan faced an early setback as Abdullah Shafique was dismissed for a duck with the team at just 1 run. Saim Ayub delivered a stellar performance, scoring a century off 91 balls, including two sixes and 13 fours, before being dismissed for 101 runs. This marked his second century against South Africa and the third of his career. The Pakistan squad for this match includes captain Mohammad Rizwan, Saeem Ayub, Abdullah Shafique, Babar Azam, Kamran Ghulam, Salman Agha, Tayyab Tahir, Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Hasnain, and Sufyan Maqeem.
