ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Tuesday strongly condemned the recent wave of terror attacks on security personnel, with the minister vowing to name all new development projects in Islamabad after the martyrs. According to the Ministry of Interior’s media wing, Mr Naqvi Chaudhry Shujaat’s residence, where they discussed the country’s political situation. Provincial minister Shafay Hussain was also present. Chaudhry Shujaat condemned the and expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs. He proposed that the federal government dedicate all new roads and projects to those who lost their lives in service to the country. The interior minister announced that new projects in the federal capital would be named after martyrs. Interior Minister Naqvi said that the country could never fully repay the martyrs for their sacrifices, acknowledging that their actions have paved the way for peace.
