RAWALPINDI: The City Traffic Police will wear body cameras to record their interactions with the public and to perform duties in line with the law to facilitate road users. Following the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi Beenish Fatima, has provided body cameras to the traffic staff in all sectors which will help them adopt a positive and courteous attitude towards the public and to perform their duties according to the law. CTO Beenish said that not only the activities of the officials and their behavior will be monitored with the body camera, but violations of traffic rules of citizens will also be recorded. This will not only increase the public confidence but help enforce traffic laws in a more transparent manner.
