RAWALPINDI: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi on Friday introduced an online system through which students would be able to get migration certificate, non-objection certificate (NOC) and verify degrees at their homes after paying fees online. BISE Rawalpindi spokesman Arslan Cheema said on the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, modern facilities were being provided to the students by the board. With the help of modern technology, he said the BISE Rawalpindi took a revolutionary initiative under which students would not need to go to the board office for migration certificate, NOC and certificate verification. He said they would get their documents sitting at home. BISE Rawalpindi Chairman Mohammad Adnan Khan said students across the division could pay through Easypaisa or Jazz Cash through their Payment System Identifier (PSID). After the payment was made, he said there was no need to submit a hard copy of the form or payment receipt. The students will receive an SMS notification once their document is ready and can download their document. He further said this facility would start from Monday and students would be able to download their migration certificate and verification through the link after submitting the online fee. He said there would be a QR code on the issued documents through which any document could be verified by the Inter-Board Coordination Commission (IBCC) or any institution with the help of QR code. For further guidance or in case of any problem, students can visit the board’s website www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk or contact the facilitation centre.
