Soldier martyred in Turbat laid to rest

TAXILA: Shahid Zaman, a soldier of Frontier Constabulary Balochistan, who embraced martyrdom in an IED attack at the Absar location in Turbat area of Kech district the other day, was laid to rest with full military honour in his hometown Kharappa of tehsil Pindigheb in Attock district on Friday. A unit of the Pakistan Army paid tribute to the martyred soldier, by presenting a guard of honour. Later floral wreaths were placed on his grave by a smart contingent of army personnel. Shahid Zaman embraced martyrdom in Turbat. He left behind his parents, wife and a daughter. A large number of senior military officials, military personnel, relatives of the martyrs and local people attended the funeral prayers.
