On Friday, January 10, announced that the star will return to Studio 8H to host the NBC comedy sketch for the third time. In addition, he will mark his debut as the musical guest in the January 25 episode. Though the actor did show off his vocal talent as Willy Wonka, curious fans have been buzzing on social media, engaging in heated discussions online about what the actor would perform. Some fans recalled an old video of him appearing as Lil Timmy Tim in a 20 Rising Stars performance in high school. Many fans wonder if he could adopt a musical theatre persona outside of the rap genre and belt out some Willy Wonka. However, he might also sing a Bob Dylan cover after playing the music legend in a biopic. "Omg timothee i hope he sings statistics," one fan wrote on X, referencing Chalamet's brief rap career.
