DERA GHAZI KHAN: A two-day ‘Ghazi Spark Expo’ was organised at Ghazi University to provide students with awareness about manufacturing products under new ideas. The inaugural ceremony of the ‘Ghazi Spark Expo’ of Regional Plan 9 took place on the university lawn. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Usman Khalid and Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Ashfaq Ahmed inaugurated the expo. Along with other guests, they inspected the stalls and products set up by students, whose efforts in creating products free from harmful health principles were highly appreciated. Mr Khalid said that the expo’s main objective is to attract youth to the business world, emphasizing that providing a business environment is crucial. He said that new ideas enable youth to advertise products through social media and secure cooperation from renowned institutions. Prof Ashfaq said that students should turn ideas into reality, create job opportunities, and contribute to the country’s economy. The university administration will provide resources to promote students’ products. Students briefed guests about items prepared from their unique ideas, and the expo also covered business strategies and modern requirements.
