PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) has decided to organise the 15th annual vintage and classic car show for car enthusiasts and the people of Peshawar on November 30. A statement said that more than 50 automobiles, including models from 1935 to 1980, as well as other historic cars, would be on display at the Peshawar Services Club. Being organised by the KPCTA in collaboration with classic Land Rover, car enthusiasts from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and other cities would display their antique and classic vehicles at the show. The event would also feature a car rally starting from Peshawar, travelling through Faisalabad, Rahimyar Khan, Moro, and the Thar Desert, before reaching Karachi. The rally would pass through the historic Balahisar Fort in Peshawar and later head to Hund, Swabi, where a 4x4 jeep race would be held. Among the classic cars to be displayed are Mercedes, Jaguar, Ford, Chevrolet, Mini, VW, Land Rover, 4x4 Jeeps, motorcycles, and other vintage vehicles.
