GUJRAT: A restaurant worker and a security guard were shot dead by their employers for demanding salaries in separate incidents in Jalalpur Jattan city and Gulliana police precincts on Tuesday. Reports said that 23-year-old Kabeer Hussain of Sara-i-Alamgir had been working at a restaurant in Chak Kamal Chowk and had not returned home for a month. On Monday evening, his father and brother came to the hotel to bring him home, but the owner, Farman Ali, asked them to stay the night and leave on Tuesday.
