Gold prices plunge by Rs2,100 per tola in Pakistan

KARACHI – Gold prices registered a decline in domestic market of Pakistan on Tuesday for second consecutive session. Data shared by All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association showed per tola gold price plunged by Rs2,100 to settle at Rs274,900. Similarly, the price of 10-gram bold decreased by Rs1,800 with new rate dropping to Rs235,682 in local market. The precious commodity also registered downward trend in international market where per ounce rate dropped by $21 to reach $2,637. A day earlier, per tola gold price dipped by Rs800 to settle at Rs277,000. Similarly, the rate of 10-gram gold decreased by Rs687, with new price reach Rs237,482.
