Two separate Israeli attacks on the northern Gaza Strip have killed at least 15 Palestinians since dawn, reports. Earlier, two babies — including a 15-day-old — were among those killed by Israeli forces in the Bureij refugee camp and Gaza City. They launched a major ground and air attack on northern Gaza in October, pounding residential buildings, school shelters for the war-displaced, and hospitals. Hundreds of thousands of people were ordered to evacuate. Those who remain face constant attacks by Israeli troops and drones, as well as hunger after food, water, and medicine were prevented from entering the besieged territory.
