Prince Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson has finally broken her silence amid ongoing devastating situation, "saying my heart breaks." Ferguson, popularly known as Fergie, turned to her Instagram to express her pain over Los Angeles' Wildfire, that wreaked havoc across the region. Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie's mother shared a heart wrenching video with a emotional message, saying: "My heart breaks as I watch the devastating wildfires that Los Angeles is currently facing."
